The same models are for sale to everyone. A demo that summarises a PDF is not a system that takes work off a team.
What changes the operation is the data you already have, the process the work actually follows, and the places a person still has to decide. If those three are vague, the model just produces more text.
We start at the bottleneck. Then we decide whether AI belongs in the path, or whether the simpler thing is a cleaner flow, a better integration, or a tool that already exists.
Getting it live is the rest of the job: access, logging, handover, and a person on the exceptions. Belief is cheap compared with a system that stays in the work.
